SMS Print

SMS Print comes with 20 message credits, however during registration users are asked to choose what "Message Plan" they would like to be on. There are three options for purchasing more messages:

1) Monthly Plan - user commits to a certain amount of messages each month. (min 12 month commitment)
2) On Demand Packs - simply purchase message packs as required.
3) Trigger Top-up Plan - set a trigger point at which a certain amount of credits are added automatically. (at On Demand prices)

Please note that most SMS will be charged at 1 credit per message. However some networks charge higher for termination. See the coverage list for information on supported networks and the cost to send SMS to these networks.

Monthly Plans

Subscribing to a monthly plan is the most economical method for regular users. Monthly plan fees are payable in advance (unless an Enterprise customer). An invoice will be sent to the user in advance by email, and can be Wire Transfer (AUD), Bpay (Australian users only) or Credit Card (AUD, USD or EUR). Message credits can be rolled over for 6 months before they are expired. Users can upgrade their Plan at any time. Monthly Plan users can still purchase On Demand Packs while on their Monthly Plan, if they require extra messages from time to time. There is a minimum contract period of 12 months for monthly plan subscribers.

These packs are available at any time for all users. Can be purchased in real time with Credit Card or by Cheque / Wire / BPay (messages will not be credited until payment has been received).
